First I want to mention that after moving last year and getting Boris's help to find my place, he stayed in contact with me over the next few months to follow up and make sure I was completely happy and well taken care by the new owners. I even received a card and a call for my birthday, which I thought was so sweet. I thought that was a very nice personal touch.
